As we continue to expand our footprint throughout the Columbia, MD area, we're looking for a confident, customer-focused professional to join our growing team as a Verizon 5G Customer Service Representative.In this role, you'll become a key point of contact for new and existing Verizon 5G customers, providing them with product insights, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
