We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Staffing Recruiter, you'll play a key role in connecting job seekers with meaningful employment while helping local employers build successful teams.Responsibilities include:Recruiting, interviewing, and screening candidatesPosting and managing job advertisementsScheduling interviews and coordinating onboardingAnswering staffing phone calls and making outbound recruiting callsResponding promptly to emails, texts, and voicemailsFollowing up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintaining communication with associates after placementBuilding relationships with local employers and community partnersAttending job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunitiesMaintaining accurate applicant information in our staffing systemCommunication is one of the most important parts of this role. You'll spend a significant portion of your day talking with candidates and employers, making outbound calls, answering questions, and ensuring everyone stays informed throughout the hiring process.QualificationsWe're looking for someone who:Enjoys talking with people and building relationshipsHas excellent customer service and communication skillsIs comfortable making outbound phone calls and answering incoming callsIs organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesTakes initiative and works independentlyAdapts well in a fast-paced environmentHas strong computer skillsHas a valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportationIs proficient with Microsoft Office 365Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, hospitality, workforce development, HR, or other relationship-based positions is preferred but not required.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, payroll, or HR systems is a plus.Why Join NECIC Staffing?At NECIC Staffing, we're more than a staffing agency.
