Sales Lead Generator

This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Generator to join our team. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for outbound calling and emailing to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to contribute to our business growth.

Duties:

• Research leads
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients or businesses to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for our services
• Utilize persuasive techniques to overcome objections and negotiate appointment times
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions in Zoho CRM software
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and appointment details

Experience:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Zoho or other CRM software is a plus
• Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred
