Job Description: Handle sourcing, screening, and providing qualified candidates to law firm clients. Schedule interviews and phone screenings with hiring managers. Obtain feedback from managers and candidates. Present and negotiate candidates' offers and bill rates. Email or directly message candidates through LinkedIn and Indeed. Create job descriptions, proofread resumes, and maintain accurate HRIS/ATS databases. Conduct reference and background checks, and follow up on onboarding. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: 5 years of Legal Recruiting experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional deductive reasoning abilities. Keen attention to detail.
