The firm is known for its collaborative culture, hands-on leadership and high-touch approach to recruiting.This role will focus on recruiting attorneys and legal professionals for law firms and corporate legal teams, with the opportunity to work across a variety of practice areas and positions.This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the hunt. You'll research the market, identify hard-to-find legal talent, build relationships with passive candidates and manage searches from initial sourcing through placement.On a small team, your contribution matters. You'll have autonomy over your searches while also having direct access to experienced recruiters and senior leadership for strategy, training and support.Why Join the Team?$50,000–$60,000 base salary, depending on experienceUncapped placement commissions3% company contribution to your 401(k)3 weeks of PTOMedical and dental plans availableFully remote work environmentDirect access to experienced recruiters and senior leadershipStructured training and continued professional developmentModern recruiting, sourcing and AI toolsOpportunity to help grow and shape the firm's legal recruiting practiceA highly visible role where your work directly contributes to the firm's successWhat You'll DoRecruit attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and other legal professionalsManage searches from initial sourcing through candidate placementResearch law firms, practice groups and legal markets to identify potential candidatesDevelop creative sourcing strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill legal positionsIdentify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ and other sourcing platformsInterview candidates to understand their experience, practice areas, career goals and motivationsBuild long-term relationships with attorneys and legal professionalsPartner with leadership to understand each client, position and search strategyMaintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate information within the ATSStay active in the market and develop an understanding of law firms, legal talent and hiring trendsDeliver the responsive, high-touch experience our clients and candidates expectWhat You Bring1–3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within legal recruitingExperience recruiting attorneys and/or other legal professionals strongly preferredAgency recruiting or search firm experience is a plusStrong experience sourcing and engaging passive candidatesProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and internet sourcing toolsA natural "detective" mentality—you enjoy researching the market and finding the person others cannotConfidence communicating with attorneys and other experienced professionalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization, follow-through and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple searches and priorities in a remote environmentSelf-motivation and the ability to keep searches moving without constant directionA collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to contribute wherever neededThis is a fully remote, U.S.-based position.We are particularly interested in candidates located in the Central and Mountain time zones, although we are open to the right person in other markets.Because the firm primarily serves Pacific Northwest clients and candidates, some flexibility to work during Pacific Time business hours will be important.Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and benefits
