Learning Experience Designer to join our
Human Resources team in
North Wilkesboro, North Carolina . Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In the role of
Learning Experience Designer ,you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
- Design end-to-end blended learning programs using Totara and Articulate 360, applying ADDIE methodology to meet organizational needs.
- Develop scalable support content, including FAQs, job aids, and onboarding guides, in coordination with the Learning Technology Specialist.
- Deliver training sessions, including orientations and leadership programs, tailored to audience needs and learning types.
- Partner with teams across the ministry to evaluate learning requirements, design training plans, and prepare materials efficiently.
- Manage vendor relationships and deployment of new learning features, while leading event setup and monitoring learner engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.
What are the qualifications? Serve with Excellence As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred); and three (3) to five (5) years' experience designing eLearning and blended learning programs, and facilitating adult learning groups; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Ability to support end users through a system.
- Expertise in producing user-facing documentation or training collateral.
- Ability to evaluate product roadmaps against organizational needs.
- Advanced consultative experience gathering requirements from internal stakeholders; experience preparing reports for non-technical stakeholders.
- Program or event coordination skills.
- Advanced consultative and communication skills and ability to create clear resources and communications for a broad, non-technical audience.
- Ability to comfortably present to staff at varied levels, including leadership.
