The role translates vehicle operations, technical procedures, safety practices, and engineering knowledge into onboarding, training, certification, and performance support. This is experience design for operators rather than a traditional product surface. The work is about making complex autonomy operations learnable, measurable, and safe for the people who have to execute them.
