What You'll Do: - Intern Engagement: Brainstorm and create engaging activities for the internship program.
- Program Implementation: Actively contribute to the implementation of company initiatives and programs.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with a team of experienced HR professionals to manage communications, training, and engagement efforts.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the 2027 internship program while ensuring the strategy aligns with the company's goals.
- Program Evaluation & Analysis: Gather and analyze feedback and research to identify trends and to evaluate the effectiveness of various HR programs.
- Innovation & Process Improvement: Share innovative ideas to improve our processes and drive efficiency, including leveraging technology to streamline operations.
