We are currently looking for a Courier to join our winning team. The individual hired for this position will provide support to our government customer located in Washington, DC.OverviewThe Courier is responsible for delivering passport and visa requests, and picking up passports and visas from embassies in Washington, DC and the Department of State, using government issued vehicles. The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:Gather information for all government issued vehicles used by the International Travel System (ITS)Make sure that all necessary paperwork is sorted and separated appropriately.Drop off the passport to the Department of State Passport Agency and record the date for expected pick up on the Courier ScheduleValidate that the correct type of passport has been issued for the Traveler.Scan and key passport information into the systemAssist in other administrative duties as requested.RequirementsPublic Trust clearance will need to be obtainedValid Driver's License2 – 5 years of Customer Service experience working in a fast-paced professional environmentPrior Visa/Passport experience is a strong plusExcellent attention to detailExcellent communication skillsHigh School Diploma**All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.**
